About RELX Club

  • RELX Club is RELX’s customer loyalty program. It is one way in which RELX endeavors to reward and thank loyal customers for patronizing our business and purchasing RELX products. RELX Club members are able to enjoy the privileges and earn points that can be redeemed for RELX Club benefits and rewards at registering accounts of RELX official (relxnow.com), and participating RELX online or offline stores activities are eligible to receive certain additional benefits. Unfortunately, not all RELX stores have the ability to award points or redeem points for Rewards at this time. Please stay tuned for the updates of our policies and available regions and stores.

    RELX Club is intended for personal use only. RELX Club is not targeted towards, nor intended for use by, anyone under the age of 18 (or obey the regulations of specific countries or regions). For full details, please read our Youth Prevention & Guardian Program.

  • To be eligible to join RELX Club in accordance with the Terms & Conditions and Privacy Policy, you must register an email address at the time you join RELX Club.

    There are quick ways to join RELX Club and begin earning points:

    1. If you have not registered at relxnow.com, visit www.relxnow.com/pages/club.

      Follow the prompts to create an account. Or join RELX Club through a special promotion, membership or other program that may be offered by RELX and/or our business partners or affiliates. There may be additional terms and conditions applicable to these promotions and programs, so please read them carefully.

    2. If you have ever registered at relxnow.com, congratulations, you are already a member of RELX Club. Simply log in your account and visit the Member Center of RELX Club.

  • The RELX Club registration process may require that you provide the following information: email address, password, first name, last name, and marketing preferences. Please note that by creating an account, you must read RELX’s Privacy Policy and agree to the Terms & Conditions.

  • There are no participation or membership fees associated with RELX Club.

Membership levels and benefits of RELX Club

  • After you successfully register a RELX Club account, you will be a R1 Level Member. There are three tiers of the membership levels: R1 Level (0 - 499 points), R2 Level (500 - 1999 points), R3 Level (over 2000 points).

    RELX will check the points accumulated in your account at the end of each calendar month, when the points match the corresponding level , you will be upgraded/downgraded or stay on the current level early next month.

    • Exclusive promotions and coupons. Promotions and coupons may be distributed by email, through the member center of RELX Club, or by physical materials. In order to receive and activate exclusive promotions and coupons distributed via email, you must opt-in to receive promotional and marketing offers from RELX and you may be required to provide a valid email. Exclusive coupons may be customized based on your purchase behaviors and preferences, and may include periodic discounts on devices, pods, or the opportunity to earn points. Exclusive offers may have certain restrictions, including expiration dates and short, time-limited redemption periods. Special offers are personal to you and cannot be shared, copied or transferred.

    • Birthday special offers.In your birthday month (as indicated in your RELX account), you will receive one coupon or gift that may be redeemed on specified platforms or stores.

      To qualify for your birthday special offers, you must join RELX Club at least seven (7) days prior to your birthday, provide your birthday in your RELX account information. Your birthday offer will be automatically added to your RELX Club account on your birthday and is valid only on that month, and you will receive only one (1) birthday offer per year.

      If you provided RELX with a current, valid email address in your RELX Club account information and have not opted out of receiving promotional emails, you will receive a reminder email from RELX at the beginning of your birthday indicating that your special offer is available to you. You can check to see if your birthday offer is available by accessing your RELX Club account.

About the points of RELX Club

  • Points are used to determine a member’s membership level. When points are accumulated to certain numbers, you will be upgraded from the R1 Level to the R2 Level or from the R2 Level to the R3 Level, and will receive member benefits corresponding to the level.

    Points accrued in connection with RELX Club are promotional, have no cash value and cannot be redeemed for cash. In addition, your redemption of points accrued in connection with RELX Club cannot be combined with any other offers or discounts that are applicable to the rewards for which you are redeeming such points, unless otherwise expressly indicated by RELX.

  • After your RELX Club account is registered, each time when you purchase products of RELX (coming soon), or complete the new tasks in the member center of RELX Club, you may accumulate points in your RELX Club account.

  • The points accumulated in your account will be reset to zero on each Account Anniversary Date of your RELX Club account. Account Anniversary Date means each anniversary of 12 calendar months starting from the date when you are upgraded from the R1 Level to the R2 Level, or directly from the R2 Level to the R3 Level.
